What warranty do you have on your products?
Most product warranties are against manufacturers defects and workmanship, so if the product fails because of a manufacturing issue, it will be replaced or refunded.
What if my product is faulty?
Send us an email clearly explaining what’s wrong. It helps to include photos so we can see what’s going on. We’ll either ship you a new one or issue a refund ASAP.
What does reasonable wear and tear mean?
We get it. You’re hunting. Not a wallflower.
We expect our gear to stand up to some pretty tough conditions and so should you. But if it fails, send us an email including photos and we’ll take it from there.
What if I changed my mind?
No problem, you can return it, but you will have to pay shipping costs. You may have a store credit or a refund on the product itself. We cannot refund shipping costs. This will be done within 48 hours of receiving your returned item. If you tell us before we have sent it out to you, then we’ll cancel the order and process your refund straight away.
